" "Terri was the best! I met Terri on a Saturday in May on my way to the airport for my return flight to the Seattle area when I made a quick stop at an open house she was hosting. I am always a bit hesitant to use an open house to find an agent but Terri was different. She asked a few questions and as I answered, she actually took notes! We started to cover what I was looking for and the entire time she was making notes and asking more questions. I figured in a few days I would know if she was any good by her follow up. She helped coordinate the inspection of the house, the AC, the roof, termite inspection, issues about adding a pool or hot tub, HOA issues, insurance, just completely helpful and looking out for all issues. She even provided a list of contacts for utility services, cable, internet, etc. If you ever wondered if a real estate agent earns their fee...then work with Terri because she put a ton of hours into my purchase from the day we first met until closing and move-in.
